Welcome to Petal Foundry! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our store policies below:

Payment Policy
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • Custom orders require full payment upfront to begin production.

Shipping Policy
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • All orders are shipped via PirateShip, with tracking provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Petal Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • Custom and Digital Designs: These items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or refunded after payment.

  • Damaged Items: Non-custom items that arrive damaged may be exchanged for the same item. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Breakage Within 72 Hours: If an item breaks within 72 hours of delivery, we will replace it and cover return shipping.

  • Final Sale: All other sales are final. However, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

Custom Orders
  • We gladly accept custom orders, subject to our time and resource availability.

  • Custom orders are finalized after customer approval of the design and payment.

  • Please allow additional time for the creation and processing of custom items.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.
