Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or other carrier services selected at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before reshipment.
Petal Foundry is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Petal Foundry is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues or claims.
Package protection is recommended whenever available at checkout.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
