  • How should I care for my Petal Foundry drinkware and accessories that utilize UV DTF?
    We recommend hand washing all drinkware to ensure the longevity of the design. Avoid using dishwashers or abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the print or finish. Damage will occur when soaking for long periods of time or in a heated dishwasher. Do not microwave.
  • What is your return policy?
    Our return policy is as follows: Custom and Digital Designs: These are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or refunded after payment. Damaged Items: Non-custom items that arrive damaged may be exchanged for the same item. Petal Foundry will cover return shipping costs. Breakage Within 72 Hours of Delivery: We will exchange the item and cover return shipping if it breaks within this timeframe. Final Sale: All other sales are final. However, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and respect for the maker's integrity.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within the U.S. only.

    Yes! We love creating custom designs. Custom orders are always entertained and will be accepted if our time and resources allow. Reach out to us to discuss your ideas!

    UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a cutting-edge printing method that transfers designs directly onto various surfaces using UV light to cure the ink. This process creates vibrant, durable, and high-quality designs that are resistant to fading and scratching
